The Armor SX5000 WB is a low VOC, water based Silane Siloxane sealer that is approved by the Department of Transportation in several states as a water repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the surface where it chemically reacts to form a water repellent barrier within the pores, reducing surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armor SX5000 WB will not change the look or color of the surface, and it will not leave behind a visible surface film.
